Welcome to AfriLev Solutions Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). We operate the African Leverage educational platform (africanleverage.com) and the SenteZo mobile application. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your information globally, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations including, but not limited to, the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act (DPPA), South Africa's POPIA, Nigeria's NDPA, and the GDPR.

We collect information across our independent platforms to provide specific services:
SenteZo App Data: When creating a SenteZo account, we collect your name, email address, country of residence, year of birth, and gender. We also collect self-reported financial profile data (e.g., primary financial focus, income sources, and dependent status).
SenteZo Financial Inputs: SenteZo relies strictly on manual data entry. We do not connect to, scrape, or sync with your bank accounts or mobile money wallets. We collect the budgets, debts, and transaction data you manually input.
African Leverage Website Data: When you purchase digital products, we collect your name, email address, and mailing address to fulfill the order and comply with global tax regulations.

3. How We Use and Process Your Information
We use your data to operate our services, process transactions, and provide contextual insights:
AI Financial Coach: SenteZo utilizes Google Gemini as a third-party artificial intelligence processor. To generate personalized financial insights, we securely transmit a summarized, anonymized snapshot of your financial profile, transaction history, name, and local currency to this processor. We do not sell your data to AI companies for foundational model training.
Communication: We use your email address to send critical account notifications and, with your consent, marketing and welcome communications.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
To operate securely and efficiently at a global scale, we share necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure partners:

• Cloud Storage & Hosting: SenteZo user data is securely hosted on Google Firebase. The African Leverage website is hosted independently via Wix.

• Payment Processing: We do not store your credit card or mobile money PINs. App subscriptions are processed securely by RevenueCat (via Apple/Google), and website transactions are processed by secure gateways such as Flutterwave.

• Analytics & Performance: We utilize Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app stability. We may utilize tracking pixels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) on the African Leverage website to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

• Email Delivery: We utilize SendGrid to manage and deliver our user communications securely.

5. Age Restrictions
Our services, including the SenteZo app and African Leverage digital products, are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

6. Business Transfers (M&A Clause)
In the event that AfriLev Solutions Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our platforms of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.

7. Your Data Rights (Portability, Access, and Deletion)
You retain full ownership of your data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Export: Request a machine-readable export (CSV) of your SenteZo transaction history at any time within the app.

• Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated financial data by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the SenteZo app.

• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
