By accessing the African Leverage website (africanleverage.com), purchasing our digital products, or downloading the SenteZo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These services are owned and operated by AfriLev Solutions Limited, a registered company headquartered in Kampala, Uganda.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the SenteZo application, access our AI features, or purchase products through the African Leverage website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Educational Purposes Only (Strict No Financial Advice Clause)

All content provided by African Leverage (including videos, courses, and PDFs) and all insights generated within the SenteZo app are strictly for educational and informational purposes.

• Not a Fiduciary: AfriLev Solutions Limited is a technology and media company, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional.

• User Responsibility: SenteZo is a manual tracking and organizational tool. You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input and the financial decisions you make based on that data.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer

SenteZo utilizes third-party generative artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide contextual financial coaching.

• You acknowledge that AI is an automated system and can occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or highly generalized information.

• AI-generated responses do not constitute professional financial advice. You agree not to hold AfriLev Solutions Limited liable for any financial losses or damages incurred as a result of acting upon AI-generated insights.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• SenteZo App Subscriptions: Premium features in the SenteZo app are billed via auto-renewing subscriptions processed by your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through our billing partner, RevenueCat. Cancellations and refunds for the app are handled entirely through your Apple or Google account settings.

• Website Purchases: Digital products (e.g., PDFs, courses) purchased on africanleverage.com are processed via secure third-party gateways (such as Flutterwave). Due to the nature of digital goods, all website sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, app code, branding, and digital products associated with SenteZo and African Leverage are the exclusive property of AfriLev Solutions Limited. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any digital products purchased from our website, nor may you reverse-engineer or copy the SenteZo application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AfriLev Solutions Limited, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial stability—resulting from your use of or inability to use our website, digital products, or the SenteZo app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
